iPhone Message Notification Sound Not Working – Muting Text Conversations FIX If you are having an issue not hearing your phone text (SMS) come through then I will give you 8 ways on how to fix it. We start with the simplest and most common issue and move on from there. This issue was found on Apple’s discussion boards: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252443122 [ Group Text On iPhone11, Phone Keeps Muting Alerts on a Thread ] and I added some other ways to resolve the issue they didn’t cover.
